The Academy of Dance Arts has a commitment to providing the highest standard of dance training, including personalized attention and the ability to address individual needs. Our summer classes commence on July 5, 2021.
Tuition & Payments
We are unable to pro-rate summer tuition. If your family is planning a vacation you are welcome to make up missed classes during our Summer Term or during September 2021. Please speak with your teacher for makeup recommendations. Once paid, tuition is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Should classes need to be suspended due to an act of God or pandemic, a Zoom alternative will be provided. In the event of a class cancellation, you will be offered makeup alternatives.

Summer COVID-19 Policy
Masks are required on all individuals in all common areas.
Dancers who are fully vaccinated (2 weeks after their 2nd dose) have the option of removing their mask in class, but we must have a copy of their vaccination card on file. If your dancer is not yet vaccinated, please make sure they understand that we have this rule in place based on current CDC guidance and out of an abundance of caution to keep all of our dancers and their families safe. This policy is NOT up to the discretion of individual teachers, so any questions or concerns should be directed to Dr. John Marsala (email@example.com).
Physical distancing while indoors is still recommended, so we are asking that parents of dancers who are 7 years of age or older wait outside our building. By keeping our common areas less congested we are able to offer adequate space for our dancers who are between classes.
Tuition paid is non-refundable and non-transferable to another student or program. Students are eligible for a pro-rated tuition refund only if they withdraw from classes due to prolonged illness or severe injury, verified by a doctor’s certificate.
In order to provide equal admission and advancement opportunities to all students, admission decisions at ADA are based on ability. ADA does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, a genetic trait, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.
Should a parent desire to withdraw a student prior to the end of the Academic Year, ADA must receive written notice stating the student’s name and the date the student will officially withdraw from the program. The Parent or Guardian will be responsible for all tuition payments due until a written notice of withdrawal is received stating the date of withdrawal. Verbal notification of withdrawal will not be accepted. Please see the ADA Refund Policy for information.
